Natural Family Planning (NFP) helps married couples attempt or avoid pregnancy by observing the natural signs of a woman's fertility without the use of contraceptives or direct sterilization. NFP helps couples truly plan their families by providing a greater awareness of their fertility over other birth control methods. Classes are currently offered online.
